Abstract:

Çalışmanın amacı geleneksel medyada bir temsil problemi olduğunu ortaya koyarak, yeni medyanın alternatif bir mecra olarak kullanılabileceğine dikkat çekmektir. Çalışma içerisinde herhangi bir din, dil, ırk ve kültür ele alınmamıştır. Stuart Hall tarafından ortaya atılan “temsil kuramı”ndan hareketle bireylerin ya da toplulukların geleneksel medyada temsil edilme durumları üzerine bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde geleneksel medyanın bir temsil problemi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to point out that there is a representative problem in traditional media, noting that the new media can be used as an alternative mechanism. The study did not discuss any religion, language, race, or culture. From the "representative theory" revealed by Stuart Hall, a literary scan was made on the situations of representation of individuals or communities in traditional media. The research has found that traditional media is a representative problem.
