Çalışma hayatında yıllardır var olan ancak görmezden gelinen, adlandırılamayan, kurum ve çalışanları olumsuz yönde etkileyerek işlevsiz ve verimsiz hale getiren mobbing olgusu çalışma yaşamında önemli bir sorun teşkil etmektedir. Sözlük karşılığı bezdiri olan mobbing duygusal şiddet duygusal linç, psikolojik terör, kuşatma, taciz, anlamlarına gelmektedir. İnsan haklarının da ihlal edilmiş hali olan mobbing çalışanların güvence olarak göreceği bir yasal düzenleme olmadığı için hala çoğu çalışanın kâbusu olmaya devam etmektedir. Mobbing kavramının sadece bireylere zararı olmadığı tüm toplum ve paydaşlarına zarar verdiği yapılan araştırmalar ile ortaya koyulmuştur. Akşehir ilçesinde kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarından biri olan Akşehir Belediyesi örneği üzerinde yaptığımız çalışma genel tarama modeli ile desenlenmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Akşehir Belediyesi bünyesinde bulunan 16 müdürlükte çalışan 16 müdür 16 şef ve 78 memurdan oluşan toplam 110 personele Mobbing Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışma sonucunda Akşehir Belediyesinde erkek çalışanların sosyal ilişkilerine yönelik, bekâr çalışanların itibara yönelik ve şef kademesinde bulunan çalışanların psikolojik sağlıklarına yönelik saldırılara maruz kaldığı tespit edilmiştir.
Mobbing phenomenon, which has existed for years in the work life but has been neglected, unnamed, which has made the institutions and employees unfunctional and inefficient by negatively affected, is a major problem in the work life. Mobbing, which is the vocabulary, means emotional violence, emotional link, psychological terror, enclosure, harassment. As the human rights are also violated, the abuse is not a legal arrangement that workers will see as a guarantee, the majority of workers still remain the cabs. The concept of harassment has been revealed by research that it hurt all society and stakeholders not only to individuals. The work we do on the example of the Akşehir Municipality, which is one of the public institutions and organizations in the Akşehir district, is designed with the general scan model. In the framework of this work, the Mobbing Scale was applied to a total of 110 employees, consisting of 16 directors and 78 officers, working in 16 departments within the Akşehir Municipality. This study resulted in the fact that in the Akşehir Municipality, men's workers' social relationships, single workers' reputation and staff in the headquarters were exposed to attacks against their psychological health.

The study we have carried out at Aksehir Municipality, which is one of the public institutions and organizations in Akşehir city, is designed by general screening model. Within the scope of this study, a total of 110 mobbing scales were applied in 16 departments of Aksehir Municipality, 16 managers, 16 chiefs and 78 officers. As a result of this study, the social relations of male employees in Aksehir Municipality, single employees reputation and It has been determined that the employees at the chief level are exposed to attacks on their psychological health.
