Abstract:

The rise in agriculture, livestock and textile industries, which began after the industrial revolution, in the European and American continents, has led to the rapid extinction of raw materials and the search for new resources. In addition to the colonial movements that began in both continents, the efforts to evaluate the resources in the continents have been aimed at organizing the rivers, lakes and submersions with a new perspective and making them available for employment, health and health. The Ottoman State was very shortly affected by these changes that occurred on the side of the Ottoman State, and in the 1840s in America and Europe began the basement repair work, five years later, in 1845 it became one of the priorities of the state.
