Abstract:

The topic of health and safety at work is a topic of many national and international regulations. The importance of employing workers in a environment in accordance with the legal requirements in terms of health and safety at work, as well as ensuring the health and safety of workers, is also of importance in terms of the country’s labour potential and economic forces. The fact that works in the art field, which is one of the forms of expression of social and cultural accumulations of societies, are in accordance with the rules of health and safety at work, is an indicator of the level of development of that society. The rights of the artists to work health and safety should be addressed under the title of the protection of artists and artists in general. In this study, the situation of the artists in terms of work health and safety rights, the problems arising from the legislation and application, was attempted to identify. In this context, it is intended to contribute to the work to be carried out in particular at the administrative and legal level.
