Abstract:

Terörizm uluslararası toplumun gündeminde sıklıkla yerini almaktadır. Fakat terörizmin ortak tanımlama sorunu güncelliğini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı terörizmin ortak tanımlama sorununun sebeplerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda çalışma yorumsamacı yaklaşımdan hareketle terörizmin tanımlanmasında ulus devletin uluslararası sistem ile kurmuş olduğu ilişkinin niteliği ele alınmaktadır. Ayrıca makalede self determinasyon ve terörizm arasındaki ilişki tartışılmaktadır. Bu makale terörizm kavramının ortak tanımlama sorunun devam edeceği sonucuna varmıştır.
