The development of technology at an unprecedented rate causes significant effects in all areas. Existing knowledge becomes useless and insufficient with coming up markets adapted to new knowledge. These target obtaining best productivity from the technological developments and reach one level further under competitive market conditions. Businesses use in-service training programs as the most effective tool for adapting new markets. Obviously, in-service training programs transform from a traditional education approach to technology-based training processes as a result of technological development. In this way, both technology literate employer’s increased adaptation to business processes based on changing technology and a more effective and economic training process could be realized at the same time. Continuous change in technology also leads changes in technology-based education as well and the problems such as preference of technological applications for training processes and how they could be best implemented arise.
