Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in cooperative enterprises. In studies so far, out of more partners in cooperatives human factors assessed, there has not been any reviews for the employees. Today, as part of the competition have to compete with other businesses of the human factor in the cooperative, employees should be evaluated in terms. In the study, subjects were selected from Agricultural Credit Cooperative in Tekirdag, Turkey. Data was gathered from a survey conducted among the 140 employees at this institution and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment and findings related with job satisfaction show high positive tendencies. While employees have continuance commitment, They do not have any affective commitment for their organizations
