Abstract:

In the past, several construction and reconstruction related laws released in our country. Law No. 4708 on Construction Auditing, which is still in force, aims to predicate the basic procedures for the control, 1. GİRİŞsupervision and auditing of building constructions to provide life and property safety and insure that the buildings are constructed as per development plans, standards, rules and regulations. A number of criteria affect the selection of a construction auditing company that controls the construction projects. Therefore, selecting a construction auditing company for a construction project requires multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). The objective of this study is to use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Translating Reality) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) MCDM methods on evaluating the construction auditing companies in Isparta. In the study, corporate image, quality, price, reliability, reputation, previous partnership and reference criteria have been used for the assessment of the companies. After determining the criteria weights by using AHP method, ELECTRE and SAW methods have been used to rank and select a construction auditing company
