The aim of this study is to determine employees’ attitudes of organizational commitment and to examine transformational leadership perceptions impact on organizational commitment attitudes. For this purpose, the relationship between the transformational leadership perceptions and the organizational commitment of employees of a textile company in Bursa has been examined. Blue collar and white collar, a total of 308 employees, survey method have been reached. Hypotheses were tested by frequency analysis, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests, correlation and regression analysis. In addition, the averages of organizational commitment and sub-dimensions were examined. The results of the analysis it has been approached that employees’ transformational leadership perceptions has a positively effect on organizational commitment. The perception of transformational leadership, it was determined that most of the variation in normative commitment. Among the participants, the dimension of organizational commitment with the highest average was found to be “emotional commitment” and the dimension with the lowest average was found to be “continuing commitment”
