Abstract:

This study aims to study the impact of the "Education Information Network" (EBA) application on the learning/learning environment in accordance with the opinions of history teachers. The quality research method has been used in the collection, analysis and interpretation of the data obtained in the research. Open-end semi-structured interview questions have been prepared and implemented in order to obtain participants’ opinions about the EBA. According to the teachers who participated in the study, the EBA practice is compatible with the achievements of the 9th class history course, it supports the achievements and allows the achievements to be achieved by addressing multiple sensory organs. In addition, it appears that the EBA application is compatible with the content, it enrichs the content but the content consists of surface information. In terms of the learning-learning process, the EBA application offers the opportunity to strengthen the subjects, gives the opportunity to participate effectively, supports the activities in the classroom, facilitates learning, and makes learning permanent. From the point of view of evaluation, the teachers who participate in the research are convinced that the EBA practice improves success and makes it possible to get backwards and develops self-evaluation skills. The great criticism of teachers on the application of the EBA was that the content was not rich. The improvement of the technological infrastructure, the increase in the number of animations, the absence of standard lesson narration, the improvement of the quality of the drawing of the lesson videos and the removal of the confusion of the EBA design are among the criticisms. For this purpose, the development and enrichment of the EBA content, in addition to the placement of animations and interactive games within the site, is among the recommendations that certain improvements and arrangements in the design of the EBA should be made.
