Abstract:

Since the beginning of the twentieth century, it is clearly observed that parallel to the development of industry and technology, serial production has accelerated, and the objects of daily use, which have begun to encompass the environment in which the human life continues, have begun to become the subject and material that the artists in the field of art have focused on in their work. The purpose of this research is to focus on how artists choose to reorganize the objects that begin to become an object of use to an object of art outside of their production purposes and how they have achieved an effective role in the realization of artwork in their new contexts that they move. This study, along with the changing realities of the items produced for daily use, has made the necessary resource scan for what kind of understanding in the field of art, starting from the first examples in the field of art and taking into account the changes in the process that lasted to the present day, a chronological ranking has been followed. Therefore, the daily use of the objects of life, time, etc. Given the changes it shows depending on the circumstances, it shows how important and unavoidable it is to continue to be used as a means for the transmission of artistic thought today.
