So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada paternalist liderlik ve iş tatmini ilişkisi üzerinde lider üye etkileşiminin/leader member exchange  (LÜE/LMX) düzenleyici etkisi araştırılmıştır. Doğu toplumlarının kültürel bir özelliği olarak değerlendirilen paternalizm, liderin otoritesi altındaki astlarını bir baba gibi koruduğu, karşılığında astlarından saygı, itaat ve sadakat beklediği ilişkisel bir inanç sistemini yansıtmaktadır. Bununla birlikte geleneksel liderlik bakış açılarından farklı olarak lider ve astları arasındaki ilişkinin kalitesine vurgu yapan lider üye etkileşimi teorisi, liderlik araştırmalarına yeni bir soluk getirmiştir. Dolayısıyla paternalizm gibi karşılıklı ilişkinin güçlü olmasının beklendiği bir olgunun lider ve astları arasındaki ilişkinin kalitesi üzerinden araştırılması daha ayrıntılı ve güçlü sonuçlar vermesi bakımından önemli hale gelmektedir.

Abstract:

This study has studied the regulatory impact of lead member exchange (LÜE/LMX) on the paternalist leadership and business satisfaction relationship. The paternalism, which is considered a cultural characteristic of Eastern communities, reflects a relative system of belief in which the leader preserves his astes under the authority as a father, and in return expects respect, obedience and loyalty from his astes. However, the lead member interaction theory, which, unlike the traditional leadership perspective, emphasizes the quality of the relationship between the leaders and their astes, has brought a new breath to leadership research. Therefore, the research on the quality of the relationship between the leader and the astes of a phenomenon where the mutual relationship is expected to be strong becomes important in terms of providing more detailed and strong results.
