The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers’ technology use in their lessons and psychological capital levels and reveal the relationship between them. For this purpose, Teachers’ Level of Technology Use Scale and Psychological Capital Scale were used to collect the data. The participants involved 164 teachers working at primary, elementary, high and vocational high schools in Çorum İskilip during 2016-2017 academic year. As a result of data analysis, teachers’ level of technology use was found as medium while their psychological capital level was found as high. Teachers’ level of technology use didn’t differ significantly in terms of gender and educational level. Similarly, teachers’ psychological level didn’t differ significantly in terms of graduation, gender, branch, and professional experience. On the other hand, technology use levels of primary school teachers and teachers of culture courses significantly differed in favor of primary school teachers. Moreover, a moderate and positive correlation between teachers’ psychological capital level and technology use level was found.
