The aim of this article is to investigate the heir group called Zawi'l-erham in Islamic heritage law in the context of the Hanafi and Ja`fari denominations, to reveal similar and different characteristics between them. As it is known, it differs from the Sunni jurisprudence of the shareholders in the Ja`fari denomination. Because of this, even though their names are different, the same inheritors take the inheritance share in the understanding of both denominations. However, there are minor differences in the amount of shares of inheritors. In this article, the proportions of the heirs of the Hanafi denomination belonging to the class of Zawi'l-erham in the Ja`fari denomination are explained with examples
