Abstract:

Çağdaş Kırgız edebiyatının oluşum yılları kabul edilen 1920 - 1940 yılları arasında eser veren yazarlardan birisi olan Kuseyin Esenkocoyev'in Kırgız edebiyatında ayrı bir yeri vardır. O kısa süren yazarlık hayatına rağmen adını çağdaş Kırgız edebiyatının kurucuları arasına yazdırmayı başarmıştır. Kırgız çocuk edebiyatı denilince akla ilk gelen isimlerden biri olan yazar, ününü fantastik bilim kurgu türünde yazdığı hikâyelere borçludur. Hikâyeleri, Kırgız edebiyatında bilim kurgu türünün ilk örnekleri olmuştur. O bir anlamda halk edebiyatının masallarını modernize etmiş, sıradan fantastik türü, bilim kurgu ile birleştirmeyi başarmıştır. Bu çalışma Kırgız edebiyatında önemli bir yeri olan Kuseyin Esenkocoyev ve eserlerini tanıtmayı, çocuk edebiyatı içinde yerini ve önemini belirtmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada hayatı hakkında kısa bir bilgi verildikten sonra genel hatlarıyla Kırgız çocuk edebiyatı ve devrin edebi ortamı anlatılmış, bu ortamda Esenkocoyev'in yeri eserlerinden hareketle ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Kusein Esenkojoev, who is one of the writers who composed artworks between the years of 1920 and 1940 that are accepted as the years of formation of Contemporary Kirghiz Literature, has a distinguishing role in Kirghiz Literature. Despite the fact that his life of authorship was quite short, he managed to write his name among the founders of Kirghiz Literature. The author, who is among the names that first come to one's mind when the term of Kirghiz Children's Literature is uttered, owes his fame to the stories that he wrote for the genre of fantastic science fiction. His stories has become the first examples of science fiction within the scope of Kirghiz Literature. In one sense, he modernized the fairy tales of folk literature and integrated them with science fiction that is an ordinary type of genre of fantasy. The aim of this study is to introduce Kusein Esenkojoev who has an important place in Kirghiz Literature, and to specify his place and importance within the scope of children's literature. In this study, brief information about his life is given, then Kirghiz Children's Literature and literary background of the era are depicted in general terms, and it is aimed to reveal the importance of Esenkojoev for this background through the inspection of his literary works.
