İNSAN KAYNAKLARI İŞE ALIM SÜREÇLERİNDE KULLANILAN PSİKOTEKNİK TESTLERE İLİŞKİN BİR İNCELEME

Abstract:

İşletmelerin en önemli işlevlerinden biri olan işe alma sürecinin yerine getirildiği departman insan kaynakları departmanıdır. İnsan kaynakları departmanının en önemli işlevi doğru işe doğru adayın yerleştirilmesidir. Doğru işe doğru adayın yerleştirilmesi ise sahip olunan aday havuzunun niteliği ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. İnsan kaynakları yönetiminin süreçlerinden biri olan işe alım süreçleri işletmeler için ciddi önem taşımaktadır. Bu sürecin başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi ve örgüte uyumlu doğru adayların işe seçilebilmesi için birçok yöntem bulunmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerden çoğu geleneksel tedarik yöntemleridir. Bu geleneksel yöntemlerden en sık kullanılanları ise psikoteknik testlerdir. Personel temini sürecinde psikoteknik testler kullanılarak işe en uygun adayın en az maliyetle, en kısa sürede ve objektif bir şekilde seçilmesi sağlanmaktadır. Bu da işletmeye zaman, maliyet, örgüte bağlılık ve örgüte güven anlamında fayda anlamına gelmektedir. İnsan kaynağı ile işletmenin istihdam noktasında ilişki kurmasını sağlayan işlev işe alım sürecidir. Bu çalışmada insan kaynakları departmanının işe alım sürecinde kullandığı psikoteknik testler incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede kullanılan psikoteknik testlere ilişkin geniş bir literatür taraması yapılmıştır.

One of the important functions of the enterprises is the Department of Human Resources where the recruitment process is carried out. The important function of the Human Resources Department is to place the right candidate for the job. The positioning of the candidate for the right job is directly related to the nature of the candidate pool possessed. Employment processes, which are one of the processes of human resource management, are of serious importance for. There are many ways to successfully implement this process and to select the right candidates to be employed in the organization. Most of these methods are traditional delivery methods. These methods are used by psychotechnical tests. In the process of staff provision, using psycho-technical tests, the employable candidate is selected in a cost, short time and objectively. This also means profit in terms of time, cost, commitment to the organization and trust in the organization. The function that allows the company to establish a relationship with the human resource at the employment point is the recruitment process. This study examined the psychotechnical tests used by the Human Resources Department in the recruitment process. A broad literary scan of psychotechnical tests used in this framework has been made.

The most important function of the human resources department is the placement of appropriate candidate to the appropriate position. The placement of appropriate candidate to the appropriate position is directly related to the characteristics of the candidate pool. Recruitment process, which is one of the processes of human resources management, is of great importance for the enterprises. There are many methods in order this process to be realised successfully and in order the appropriate candidate who is compatible with the organization to be recruited. Most of these methods are traditional procurement methods. Among these traditional methods, psychotechnical tests are the most commonly used methods. In the process of recruitment of the personnel, psychotechnical tests are used to ensure that the most appropriate candidate to be selected with the lowest cost, in the shortest time and with an objective manner. This, in turn, means benefit to the organization in terms of time, cost, commitment and trust. The function that enables the human resource to establish a relationship at the point of employment is the recruitment process. In the study, the psychotechnical tests that are used by the human resources department during recruitment process are investigated. The literature on the use of psychotechnical tests in this context is reviewed in detail.
