Ahlâk insanın yaratılıştan gelen özellikleri ile sonradan benimsediği huy, alışkanlık ve davranışların bütünü ifade etmektedir. Tek başına kullanımda güzel huy ve niteliklere işaret etmektedir. Kurumsal bazda ahlâka dair incelenmesi gereken kurumların başında hastaneler gelmektedir. Çünkü hastaneler birebir insan sağlığına yönelik hizmet veren kurumlardır. Hem sağlık hizmeti veren personel ile hizmet alan hastalar arasındaki etkileşim, hem de hastane personelinin kendi içinde ve dış paydaşlarla olan etkileşimi ahlâksızlık mahiyetinde bir takım sonuçlar doğurmaktadır. Türkçe literatürde kurumsal anlamda “hastane ahlâkı” kavramının yeni kullanılacak olması çalışmanın önemi açısından önemlidir. Bu çalışmada ahlâk, meslek ahlâkı ve iş ahlâkı ile ilgili kavramlar ışığında kurumsal olarak hastane ahlâkının mahiyetine ilişkin bir değerlendirme yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Buna göre hastane personelinin ve hastaların temel alındığı çift yönlü bir hastane ahlâkı yapısının mevcut olduğu söylenebilir.
The morality represents the whole of the characteristics of man from creation and the habits, habits and behaviors he adopts later. It is a sign of goodness and quality in its own use. Hospitals at the beginning of the corporate basis need to be examined on the ethics. Hospitals are institutions that serve human health. The interaction between both the healthcare staff and the patient who serves, and the interaction of the hospital staff with the internal and external stakeholders, generate a series of consequences in the manner of immorality. In Turkish literature, the new use of the concept of "hospital morality" in the corporate sense is important in terms of the importance of the study. This study aimed at making an assessment of the morality of the hospital in the light of the concepts related to the morality of the profession and the labor morality. According to this, it can be said that there is a dual-directional hospital moral structure based on the hospital staff and patients.
Morality refers to the whole of human habits, habits and behaviors that are later adopted by the characteristics of creation. It stands for good habits and qualities when used alone. On the institutional basis, hospitals are at the forefront of institutions that need to be examined for morality. Because hospitals are institutions that serve individual human health. The interaction between both healthcare staff and patients receiving services, as well as the interaction of hospital staff with themselves and with external stakeholders, has consequences in the form of immorality. In the Turkish literature, the concept of “hospital ethics” in institutional sense in important in terms of the importance of studying. In this study, the nature of hospital morality as institutional in the light of concepts related to ethics and business ethics was evaluated. Accordingly, it can be said that there is a bi-directional hospital morality structure based on hospital personnel and patients.
