Öğrenme sürecinin verimliliğini belirlemede başvurulacak en önemli unsur, süreci çepeçevre sarmalayan ölçme ve değerlendirme uygulamalarıdır. Ölçme ve değerlendirmenin planlama, biçimlendirme ve sürece yön verme, öğrenci ilgisini zinde tutma, sezdirme, çalışmaların yerindeliğini belirleme/belirtme, düzeltme, bilinçlendirme, öğrenme sürecinin amaçlar doğrultusunda ilerleyip ilerlemediğini ortaya koyma ve sonuç çıkarma gibi birçok uygulama biçimiyle işlevselliği bulunmaktadır. Ölçme ve değerlendirmenin bütün bu uygulama biçimlerinin hayata geçirilmesi hem eğitimde verimliliği artırmak için önemli zemin sunmakta hem de eğitim uygulamalarının verimliliği ve eğitsel değeri konusunda bilgi vermektedir. Bütün bu işlevlerinden dolayı öğrenme sürecinde ölçme değerlendirmenin süreç ve sonuç değerlendirme yöntem ve tekniklerini yerli yerince kullanmak gerekmektedir. Süreç ve sonuç değerlendirme yöntem ve araçları arasında geribildirim verme önemli bir işleve sahiptir. Bu çalışmada değerlendirmenin önemli bir boyutu veya bir uygulama biçimi olarak geribildirimin işlevleri konu edinilmektedir. Bu çerçevede geribildirimin işlevlerine yönelik genel bir görünüm vererek konuyla ilgili olarak bir farkındalık kazandırma amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmada geribildirimin tür ve işlevlerine yönelik olarak literatürdeki durumla ilgili genel bir görünüm verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bakımdan çalışma literatür taramasına dayalı bir derleme çalışması olup nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme yöntemi anlayışıyla yürütülmüştür.
The most important element to be used in determining the efficiency of surrounding the learning process is the measurement and evaluation. There are many ways of functioning such as planning, shaping and directing the process, keeping the student interested, seizing, determining the place of the studies, correcting, raising awareness, showing whether the learning process has progressed in line with the goals and getting results. Imaginating the application dimensions similar to those of measurement and evaluation gives information both provide an important ground for improving productivity in education and also provide an opportunity to learn about the effectiveness of educational practices and educational value. Because of all these functions is necessary to use it locally the process and outcome evaluation methods and tools of measurement evaluation in the learning process. Giving feedback between process and outcome evaluation methods and tools has an important role. In this study is the subject an important dimension of the evaluation or functions of feedback as an application format. In this framework is aimed to provide a general view of the functions of the feedback as an important form of application of measurement and evaluation in the context of the work. For this purpose tried to be given a general view of the situation of the type and function of the feedback in the work. In this regard, the study is a compilation study based on literature review and it was carried out by qualitative research methods.
