Ülke ekonomilerinin bel kemiğini oluşturan Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmelerin, (KO- Bİ?lerin) Türkiye?de de toplam işletmelerinin %99?unu oluşturması, KOBİ?lerin her zaman gündemde olmasına ve bunlara ilişkin destek ve teşvik programlarının yapılmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmamızda KOBİ?lerin yapısını kısa bir şekilde analiz ettikten sonra, genel olarak KOBİ?lere ilişkin verilen destek ve teşvikler anlatılmış ve bu çalışmamızın temelini teşkil eden KOBİ?lere ilişkin vergisel avantajlardan ve bu vergisel avantajlar özelinde de son düzenlemeler ışığında KOBİ?lerde indirimli Kurumlar Vergisi üzerine yoğunlaşılmıştır.
the small and medium-sized enterprises that make the waistbone of country economies have led to the creation of 99 of the total enterprises in turkey to be always on the agenda and to conduct support and incentive programs related to them. in this study, the support and incentives given to the cobies were described in general after we have analyzed the structure of the cobies in short, and the taxual advantages of the cobies, which constitutes the basis of this study, are concentrated on the taxpayers duties in the light of recent regulations, and these taxal advantages are specially concentrated on the reduced corporate taxpayers taxation in the light
