So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Dünyada ve ülkemizde öğrencilere burs ödemesi yapılması oldukça yaygınlaşmış bir uygulamadır. Yapılan bu ödemelerin ödemeyi alan ve ödemeyi yapan taraflar bakımından ülkemiz vergi kanunları karşısındaki durumu 193 Sayılı Gelir Vergisi Kanunu, 5520 Sayılı Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu, 3065 Sayılı Katma Değer Vergisi Kanunu, ilgili tebliğler ve özelgeler dahilinde bir analiz çalışması yapılmıştır.
