So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanununda holding şirketlerin hangi şirket türünde kurulacağına dair bir hüküm bulunmamakla birlikte söz konusu Kanun?da sadece holding şirketlerin kuruluş amacı ifade edilmiş ve amacın başka işletmelere katılmak olduğu belirtilmiştir. Bu yazımızda taşınmaz ve iştirak hisselerinin satışını gerçekleştiren holdinglerin Kurumlar Vergisi Kanunu?nun 5/1-e maddesinde yer alan istisna hükümleri karşısındaki durumları ele alınacaktır.
