So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Yıllar itibariyle gayrimenkul sermaye iradı mükellefi sayısı artmaktadır. Mükellefler 193 sayılı Gelir Vergisi Kanunun 70. maddesinde yazılı mal ve hakların kiraya verilmesinden elde ettikleri kira gelirini gerek yıllık gelir beyannamesinde diğer gelir unsurlarıyla birlikte, gerekse de GMSİ beyanı ile sadece elde ettikleri kira gelirini beyan etmektedirler. Çalışmamızda ise verilecek olan bu beyannamelerin kanuna uygunluğunu sağlamak amacıyla gayrimenkul sermaye iradının tarifi, gayrisafi hasılat, emsal kira bedeli, gider yöntemleri, istisnalar ve gayrimenkul sermaye iradının beyanı konularında açıklamalara yer verilmiş, özelgeler ve örnekler ışığında belirtilen konular aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
