Abstract:

Avrupa’da 18. yüzyılda başlayan birleşme hareketleri, 1951 yılındaAvrupa Kömür Çelik Topluluğu’nun kurulmasıyla resmi bir nitelik kazanmıştır. Ekonomik ve ticari özellik taşıyan bu Topluluk, zaman içerisinde sosyal,ekonomik, hukuki ve siyasi bir tarzda değişim göstererek 1957 yılında imzalanan Roma Anlaşmasıyla, Avrupa Ekonomik Topluluğunu oluşturmuştur. Altıülke ile başlayan ve günümüzde yirmi yedi ülkeyi içine alan bu oluşumunamacı, ortak siyasi ve ekonomik bir bütünleşme sağlamaktır. Bu bütünleşmeninsorunsuz biçimde gerçekleşmesi öncelikle oluşturulan ortak politikalarıniyişekilde uygulanması ile mümkündür
