So many results that aren't mine?

Öğretmenlerin nitelikli olarak yetiştirilmesi her toplum için ayrı bir öneme sahiptir. Günümüzde öğretmenlerin hem yetiştirilmesi hem de sınıftaki etkinlikleri değişmiş ve çeşitlenmiştir. Değişimin önemli kurumlarından biri olan öğretmenlik ve öğretmenlerin rolleri de günümüzde hiçbir zaman olmadığı kadar farklılaşmıştır. Öğretmenin hem yetiştirdiği öğrenciler ve iletişimde bulunduğu kişiler hem de toplum üzerinde olumlu veya olumsuz etkileri vardır. Son otuz yılda çeşitli ülkelerin öğretmen eğitimi sistemlerinde önemli yeniden yapılanmalar gerçekleştirdikleri görülmektedir. Tüm bu çabaların arka planında öğretmen yetiştirme programlarına yöneltilen eleştirilerin ve buna bağlı olarak nitelikli öğretmen yetiştirme amacının olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ülkemizdeki öğretmen yetiştirme sisteminin amaçları, belirsizlikleri ve çelişkileri ele alınmıştır

Qualified teacher training is of great importance for every society. Both training of teachers and their effectiveness in the class have changed and varied over the years. Meanwhile, the field of teaching, one of the significant institutions of this change, together with the roles of teachers, have also changed beyond recognition in this period. Teachers have a positive or negative impact both over the students they have educated and the people they have been in touch with, and over their own community. The last three decades have seen various countries undergoing remarkable and fundamental re-structuring in their teacher training systems. Behind all these efforts lie serious criticisms directed at teacher training programs and the purpose of training qualified teachers. In this article, the aims of the teacher training system, its uncertainty and contradictions have been investigated
