The aim of this research is define the virtual, behavioral and professional images of teachers belonging to different generations, and to determine the intergenerational differences in teacher image. This is a qualitative study conducted through phenomenographic design. The study group was determined by purposive sampling method composes senior high school students in the Science High School, Anatolian High School, Religious Vocational High School and Technical Vocational High School. The data were gathered through focus group discussion and commented with content analysis method. The findings showed that Generation Y teachers are modern, fashionable, enthusiastic about communication and professional skills, but less experienced; Generation X teachers have a traditional appearance, improved communication skills, can arrange the needed distance for students, are professionally experienced, but hold an argumentative attitude; Baby Boomer teachers are old-fashioned, hold themselves at a distance from students, do not communicate with others, are equipped with knowledge but show a reluctant image
