Bu araştırmanın amacı fizik ve müzik ilişkisine dayalı etkinliklerle desteklenerek işlenen ses bilgisi ve akustik konusunun, hem fizik hem de müzik öğretmenliği programlarında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin başarılarına olan etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırma grubu 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara’daki iki devlet üniversitesinin müzik öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören 62 ve fizik öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören 55 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Hem müzik hem de fizik öğretmenliği programındaki bu öğrenciler içerisinde, deney ve kontrol grupları oluşturulmuştur. Ses bilgisi ve akustik konusu deney gruplarında, araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen etkinliklerle desteklenerek anlatılırken kontrol gruplarında düz anlatım yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda hem müzik öğretmenliği hem de fizik öğretmenliği programlarındaki deney grubu öğrencilerinin başarı puanlarının, kontrol grubu öğrencilerininkinden daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir
The aim of this study is to research the effect of phonics instruction using activities based on the relationship between physics and music on the achievement level of students who are enrolled on both physics and music teaching programs. The research group consisted of 62 students of music teaching and 55 students of physics teaching from two state universities in Ankara in the academic year 2011-2012. Experimental and control groups were formed from these students in both music teaching and physics teaching programs. While phonics and acoustics are taught by supporting the subject with the activities developed within the scope of the research in the experimental group, the subjects were taught in a regular way in the control group. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the success scores of the experimental group students in both physics teaching and music teaching programs were higher than the ones in the control group
