Abstract:

Bu çalışma nicel araştırma yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen betimsel bir durun saptama çalışmasıdır. Araştırmanın yöneticilere ilişkin sayısal verileri Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Bilgi Sisteminden (MEBBİS) sağlanmış ve Excel ve SPSS 15.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Frekans ve yüzdeleri hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ülkemizde kadın yönetici oranının düşük olduğu, sistemde görev yapan yöneticilerin büyük çoğunluğu lisans mezunu olmakla birlikte, 2 yıllık yüksek okul mezunu yönetici sayısının küçümsenmeyecek kadar fazla olduğu, yüksek lisans yapmış yönetici oranı çok düşük, doktoralı yönetici sayısının ise yok denecek kadar az olduğu, eğitim yöneticiliğini daha çok sosyal branş öğretmenlerinin tercih ettiği, yöneticilerin % 20.18‘nin görevlendirme olarak çalıştığı saptanmıştır

Abstract:

This research is a quantitative deceriptive case study. Data were gathered from MEBSİS data set and analysed by using EXCEL and SPPS program. Data analysed due to determining their frequency and percentage. It was found that the percentage of female administrators are low, the majority of the administrators have bachelor degrees, still there are number of administrators who were graduated 2 year univerity degree programs. It was also found administrators who have master degree is still low and there is little number of administrators who have doctoral degree. Another findings are related to whom prefer becoming administrators. It was found that classroom teaching branch and social science graduates usually prefer becoming administrators. Morever, only 20.18% current administrators work as substitute
