Bu çalışma Lydia Bölgesi’nde bulunmuş Hellenistik Dönem’e ait mezar stelleri üzerindeki kadın ve erkek figür tiplerini öncülleriyle birlikte belirlemeyi, bunların dönem içindeki tipolojik gelişimini ve ortaya koydukları bölgesel farklılıkları saptamayı amaçlar. Bu doğrultuda 7 kadın 6 erkek tipi incelenmiştir. Serbest yontulardan esinlenilmiş olan bu erkek ve kadın figürleri mezar stelleri üzerinde MÖ 2. yüzyıldan itibaren görülmeye başlanır. Bunlar Batı Anadolu’nun diğer bölgelerinin figür tipleriyle benzerlik gösterseler de bazı önemli yerel farklılıklar ve yeni bulguları da ortaya koyarlar. Abstract This study aims at determining the types of male and female figures on the gravestones of the Hellenistic Period in the Lydian Region together with their prototypes, and identifying their typological development and their inter-regional differences. In this context, 7 female and 6 male types have been examined. These male and female figures, inspired by free sculptures, begin to be seen on the gravestones from the 2nd century BC. Although they are similar to the figures in the other regions of Western Anatolia, they also have some local differences and important findings. This study aims to identify the types of female and male figures on the grave stars of the Hellenistic Period found in the Lydia Region together with their ancestors, to identify their typological development during the period and the regional differences they show. There are seven women and six men who are studied. These male and female figures, inspired by free spots, begin to be seen on the tomb stars from the 2nd century BC. Although these are similar to the figure types of other regions of Western Anadolu, they also show some significant local differences and new findings.
