The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship between preschool teachers' classroom management skills and their self-efficacy perceptions. In this study, relational survey model was used from general survey models. The universe of this research is composed of 9.031 preschool teachers who work in Istanbul preschool education institutions in 2013-2014 academic year. The sample is composed of 500 teachers who work in preschool educational institutions in the districts of Beşiktaş, Bakırköy, Ataşehir and Kadıköy in the province of Istanbul. Twenty-one of the data obtained within the scope of the study were left out of evaluation due to incomplete filling. As a result, analyzes were carried out over 479 teachers. “Classroom Management Scale for Preschool Teachers" was used to measure the classroom management skills of preschool teachers. The scale was developed in 2011 by Uyanık Balat, Bilgin and Sezer. The scale is a 5-point Likert type and consists of 35 items. "Teacher Efficacy Scale" was used to determine preschool teachers' self-efficacy perceptions. The scale was developed by Gibson and Dembo in 1984, revised by Guskey and Passaro in 1994, and adapted to Turkish by Diken in 2004. The data obtained by means of data collection in the research were transferred to the computer and the analysis of the data was performed with SPSS 15.0 (Statistical Package Program for Social Sciences) program. According to research findings, there was a positive and significant relationship between preschool teachers' classroom management skills and self-efficacy perceptions.
