ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 BAKIŞ AÇISININ ÖĞRENCİLER GÖZÜNDEN TEKNOLOJİ KABUL MODELİ (TKM) İLE ÖLÇÜMÜ

Abstract:

Endüstri 4.0 ile gelen öğrenme ve eğitim etkinlikleri değişecektir. Bu çalışmada İ.İ.B.F. öğrencilerinin Endüstri 4.0 a bakış açıları teknoloji kabul modeli kapsamında belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma 2018 yılı Mart ayında İ.İ.B.F. öğrencilerine uygulanmış ve eksiksiz doldurulan 462 anket analize tâbi tutulmuştur. İ.İ.B.F. altındaki İşletme, Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri İktisat, Maliye ve Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi öğrencilerine demografik bilgileri içeren sorularla birlikte, 15 ifade ve 4 boyuttan oluşan (Algılanan Fayda, Algılanan Kullanım Kolaylığı, Kullanıma Yönelik Niyet ve Kullanım Davranışı) Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) soruları sorulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler arasındaki farklılıklar t-testi ve ANOVA ile ölçülmüştür. Modelde yer alan değişkenler arasındaki etkilerin incelenmesi için yapısal eşitlik modeli (YEM) kurularak, AMOS ile analiz edilmiştir. T-testi neticesinde cinsiyetin farklılık yaratmadığı bulunmuştur. ANOVA testi sonucu bölümler arasında farklılıklar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. YEM ile birlikte algılanan kullanım kolaylığının algılanan fayda üzerinde, algılan kullanım kolaylığının kullanıma yönelik niyet üzerinde, algılanan faydanın kullanıma yönelik niyet üzerinde ve kullanıma yönelik niyetin kullanım davranışı üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu etkilerin etki katsayıları analiz neticesinde belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak öğrenciler açısından Endüstri 4.0’a yönelik pozitif bir algı bulunmaktadır.

Learning and training activities that come with Industry 4.0 will change. In this work I.B.F. The perspectives of students in Industry 4.0 have been tried to identify within the framework of the technology acceptance model. In March 2018 I.B.F. The study was carried out by 462 students who were completed and completed. The I.B.F. Under Business, Management Information Systems Economics, Finance and Political Sciences and Public Administration students have been asked with demographic information questions, which consist of 15 expressions and 4 dimensions (Requested Benefit, Perceived Use Facility, Use Intent and Use Behavior) Technology Admission Model (TKM) questions. The differences between the obtained data are measured by the t-test and ANOVA. The structural equality model (YEM) was established for the study of the effects between the variables included in the model, analyzed with AMOS. The T-Test found that gender does not make a difference. The results of the ANOVA test revealed that there were differences between the sections. It has been revealed that the ease of use perceived with YEM has a positive and meaningful effect on the intention of use, the ease of use perceived has a positive and meaningful effect on the intention of use and the intention of use has a positive and meaningful effect on the behavior of use. The impact rates of these effects are determined by the analysis. As a result, there is a positive perception of Industry 4.0 from the point of view of students.

The structure of education and learning activities will be changed by the fourth industry revolution named Industry 4.0. The scope of this research is to define the perspective of university students through the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the Industry 4.0. The research was applied in March 2018 and completed 462 questionnaires were analyzed. The survey has demographics questions and 15 statements that adapted from the scale of the technology acceptance model. The hypotheses were tested by T-test and ANOVA test and findings were noted. The TAM was tested by the structure equation model and findings were also noted. By the results, perceived ease of use has positively and direct effect on perceived usefulness. Also, perceived ease of use has positively and direct effect on intention to use. Moreover, perceived usefulness has positively and direct effect on Intention to use. Finally, the intention has positively and direct effect on usage behaviour. As a result, there is a growing perception to Industry 4.0 among university students.
