The analysis of migration policies and their effects has become one of the most important issues to be assessed. Especially the situation of Syrian immigrants and asylum seekers should be taken into consideration. There is a need for methodological approaches to measure the level of efficacy of policies and migration management. Impact assessment analyzes are used to determine the positive and negative effects of the projects planned to be realized. Is a management method used to determine the precautions to be taken to prevent adverse effects. It is necessary for the level of risk to be minimized. Is also one of the main public policy planning methods used to determine if there are any work to be done. It is important to identify selected locations and technology alternatives. Evaluating them is effective in surveys aimed at monitoring and controlling the implementation of the projects. Impact assessment methods can be applied in almost every case. It is used primarily for the environmental view of the planned project or policy step. The first thing that should be determined for the factor-based impact assessment. The impact assessment procedure in our country refers to the process starting with individual application and ending with the decision of the relevant authority. The process of availability is focused. However, this type of impact assessment can also be an important alternative for the public sector. The opposite, the "Political Impact Assessments" and related analyzes may be important in assessing the economic, social and environmental impacts of public policy. The result is focused. In this context, a follow-up of official procedures legally applied by the majority of the population. These analyzes are supported by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, the European Commission and the United States of America. Has become an approach incorporated into the policy-making process for its own applications. It can be evaluated in terms of level of influence. Today there can be mentioned important types of political impact assessment. Global level, political level, strategic level and project level are some of them. In this study, "Political Impact Assessment" is made about the place and size of migration. Social impacts such as migration and other social impact assessments are examined in terms of political impact assessment analysis. In this context, the mechanism of political impact assessment in Turkey and international practices can be considered. Examination can be made according to the scope of migration. It can be considered whether the political impact analysis is the most appropriate model for the level of immigration impact. Suggestions can be made especially for the development of legal procedure and other evaluation procedure for Turkey.
