This study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of the staff participating in sportive recreative activites in Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University according to the various variables. In this study, the research group consists of 122 university’ staff. At the research, the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and demographic information questions was used. paramatric tests were used to analise and comment the datas. As a result of study, it was identified that leisure time of participants is sufficent, participants mostly evaluate their leisure times with sportive and social activities, and also, participant’s job satisfaciton levels were low.
