So many results that aren't mine?

In this study, epistemological beliefs of prospective teachers enrolled at Pedagogical Formation Course were investigated in terms of gender, education level and department variables. Survey method was used in the study and totally 864 students were included in the study. Data were obtained by using Epistemological Beliefs Questionnaire- EBQ” developed by Chan ve Elliot (2004) and adapted into Turkish by Apay (2011). The scale is a five-point Likert style scale. The items are ranged from “Much agree” to “never agree”. The scale includes four subscales. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the overall scale was measured to be.78. Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of the subscales were measured to be .77, .74, .59 ve .52 respectively. Independent groups t test, One Way ANOVA, Levene test, Mann Whitney U, and Kruskal Wallis H tests were used to analyze the data. Study results revealed significant differences among prospective teachers in terms of several variables
