Bu çalışmada, A Grubu seyahat acentelerinde etkileşimci (işlevsel) liderlik stilinin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, Doğu Akdeniz bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren A grubu seyahat acenteleri araştırılmış ve bu bölgedeçok acentenin bulunduğu il olan Adana uygulama yeri olarak belirlenmiştir. Adana ilinde aktif olarak faaliyet gösteren 86 adet A grubu seyahat acentesi tespit edilmiş ve veri toplama aracı bu acentelerde görev yapan işgörenlere uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, etkileşimci liderlik ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. T-testi ve varyans analizi sonuçlarına göre ise etkileşimci liderlik ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı tutumlarının demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşmadıkları ortaya çıkmıştır
