So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Sosyal güvenlik, sanayi devrimini izleyen süreçte modern devletin önemli bir yükümlülüğüne dönüşmüş bir yapılanmadır. Sosyal devlet harcamaları çoğu ülkede 1970’li yılların ortalarına kadar hızlı bir yükseliş göstermiş, neden olduğu kamu borç yükündeki yüksek artışlardan dolayı bu harcama grubunun kısılması ve devletin sosyal hizmet alanlarını daraltması yönlü politikalar gündeme gelmiştir. Türkiye söz konusu konjonktürel değişimlerden etkilenmiş ve kamu harcamaları içerisinde sosyal harcamaların payı sermaye lehine daralma göstermiştir. Çalışmada son 30 yıllık süreç içerisinde sosyal harcamaların ve bununbüyük parçası olan sosyal güvenlik harcamalarının gelişimi incelenmektedir
