Abstract:

Özet Genel olarak ekonomik büyümeyi, toplumsal boyutu içinde ele alırsak bütün eko­nomik olayların özünde teknolojik bir sürecin yer aldığı söylenebilir. Bu nedenle, gerek tarım ve sanayi toplumlarının, gerekse bölgesel bazda kendine özgü belli bir gelişme veya kalkınma politikası yatmaktadır. Türkiye'de bölgelerarası gelişmişlik farkı konusu uzun yıllardır kamuoyunu meşgul etmekte olup, geri kalmış bölgelere yönelik kalkındırma çabalan ve politikaları sürdürül­mektedir. Bölgelerararası kalkınma farklılıklarının giderilmesinde, bölgesel teşvik yatırım­ları, gelişmiş ülkelerde yıllardan beri etkin bir araç olarak kullanılmış ve önemli sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
