As there have been very important changes in the organisation of many ministries, also there had been very important changes in the structure of Ministry of Education in recent years. Without changing the Basic Law of Ministry of Education (the Law 1739), the Law 3797 pertaining to the Organisation and Duties of Ministry of Education changed with Executive Order 652, and the new organisation of the Ministry of Education came into force with the publication of the law in the Official Gazette numbered 28054, on September the 14th , 2011. With this Executive Order, there have been serious changes in the structure of the subsidiaries of the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Education was reformed radically. The purpose of this study is to in accordance with the dimensions of an organisation, and analyse the views of school principals about Executive Order 652 related to the Organisation and Duties of the Ministry of Education. In the research, the qualitative method was used to gather data and phenomenological research design was used. The data was gathered with a semistructured interview form. The views of school principals have been analysed with the descriptive analysis method
