Abstract:

Proverb should an important place in public life .One of the sayings of the anonymous world of expression is opinion of the public philosophy. With the provisions transmitter feature prominent proverbs, the Turkish culture emerges from the past in many written sources. Although Turkish proverb sare carried in to inscriptive culture their main realm of existence is the spoken culture settings. Phrases such as proverbs and idioms one of the basic means of communication in Turkish culture. Events, attitudes and behaviors in society is very strong cultural tradition of oral expression is mediated by these patterns. Proverbs are one of society's life experience to the next generation of transport vehicles. The economic life of society relevant experience in this experience as well. In people's attitude towards the debt and the debt is reflected in the economic life of the proverbs. The aim of this study is to examine the economic dimensions in the public life of the debt and debtness and the implications of the proverbs. In this context priorities are given to information about the general characteristics of proverbial sayings by explaining the term. The formation and usage of proverbs is evaluated.
