The partition process of Russian liberalism has an idiocratic development line actualized in the ambiance of 1905 Revolution. The established parties were evaluated as of their closeness and distance to the right and left wing ideas rather than having a fully independent liberal doctrine. But anyhow evaluating the party as left or right-liberal does not mean it has a homogeneous party structure also. It is required to evaluate the left-liberal inclined Kadet Party which left its mark into Constitutional Monarchy Period (1905-1917) by this way. There could be specific differences about the matters in question between the members generate the left, center and right conservative wing of the party. This diversity of views were mostly seen on the subject of solving the nationalities in Russian Empire. The views of P.N. Milyukov who is the delegate of the center wing and the party leader were animated as the commitment to ‘cultural autonomy and regional autonomy’ for the non-Russians in the party program. P. B. Struve who is the delegate of the right wing explained his dissident opinions and was supported significantly. Both of them commented the cultural autonomy and regional autonomy application by their nation and nationalism approachment. P. B. Struve defended the opinion of ‘National Russian Liberalism’ and finally left from the party when the disagreement reached to the advanced stage in the First World War. Milyukov defended the ‘Cosmonationalist’ approachment but was not supported except non-Russians out of the party as well. Purposed in this article that explaining the opinions of Struve and Milyukov about nationalism and revealing the main differences.
