So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Sosyal devletin gelişmişlik düzeyine ilişkin değerlendirmeler, sosyal koruma harcamaları ile sınırlı bir çerçeve içinden bakılarak yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sosyal devlet harcamalarının bütçeden yapılan faizdışı transfer harcamaları, eğitim harcamaları ve sağlık harcamaları toplamından ibaret olduğu önkabulünden hareketle farklı bir analitik çerçeve oluşturularak Türkiye’de sosyal devletin gelişmişlik düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Yapılan hesaplamalar, son yıllarda sosyal devlet harcamalarının ciddi ölçülerde arttığını göstermektedir. Üstelik bu esnada iktisadi büyüme ivmesi de yükselmiştir. Bununla birlikte OECD tarafından yapılan hesaplamalara göre Türkiye’de sosyal devletin gelişmişlik düzeyi, halen daha merkez ülkelerinin bir hayli gerisindedir.
