School Administrator is one of the most critical elements of the Education system Subjecting administrators to mandatory displacement with the application of rotation leads big changes and transitions in positive and negative aspects at schools which are the basis of education system Therefore in this study it is aimed to determine the positive and negative perceptions on the administrators rsquo; the rotation The results of the study are considered important for it might reveal positive and negative aspects of administrator rotation and shed light on the application of rotation The research was designed according to the method of qualitative research The study group consists of 22 people including 6 teachers 6 school principals and 10 Provincial Supervisors Semi structured interviews were used as the method of data collection nbsp; quot;Content analysis quot; was performed in the study It was seen during the research process that school administrators had both positive and negative senses on rotation of administrators nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Keywords: School Administrator Rotation Forced Displacement Assignment Administrator Administrator Transfer
