So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Eğitim, insanın dünyaya gelişinden başlayan ve ölümüne kadar süren uzun soluklu bir süreçtir. Eğitim ile belirli prensipler doğrultusun insanın anlama, öğrenme ve uygulama kabiliyetinde, zihni ve fiziki yönden ilerlemeler yaşanması hedeflenir.  Bunun sonucunda bireyler yaşamlarını daha kaliteli ve sağlıklı ve sürdürmeleri yanında içinde yaşadığı toplumun değer yargılarını, sosyo-kültürel geleneklerini edinerek ait olduğu toplumun bir parçası haline gelir hem de kendini değerli kılan unsurlarla donatılmış olur. Çalışmamızda bir kamu harcaması olarak eğitimin, önemi ve bireysel ve toplumsal faydaları incelenmiştir. Eğitimin kamu harcamaları içindeki yeri ve büyüklüğü Türkiye ile OECD ülkelerinin eğitim yatırımlarının karşılaştırılmasına yer verilerek değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract:

Education is a long-term process starting from the arrival of man to the world and lasting until his death. In line with certain principles  with education, it is aimed to make progress in human's understanding, learning and application ability, mental and physical aspects. As a result, individuals become more qualified and healthy and maintain their lives and become part of the society they belong to by acquiring the value judgments, socio-cultural traditions of the society they live in. In our study, the importance and the individual and social benefits of education as a public expenditure were examined. Place and size of education in public spending is evaluated by giving place to compare their investment in education in the OECD countries and Turkey.
