İmam Şâfiî’nin Fıkıh Usulünde Sünnet Vahiy İlişkisi

Abstract:

Bu makale, İmam Şâfiî’nin Hz. Peygamber’in Sünnetini vahiy olarak kabul etmesi konusunu ele almaktadır. O Sünnetin vahiy olduğunu iddia eder, çünkü Kuran bunu ifade etmekte ve inananlara da peygambere uymayı emretmektedir. Sünnet, vahiy aracılığıyla Kuran ayetlerini açıklar. Bu Sünnetin görevidir. Bundan başka Sünnet Kuran’da “Hikmet” olarak da ifade edilmiştir. Hikmet ise vahiydir. Bu durumda Sünnet de vahiy olmaktadır. Özellikle çağdaş âlimler bu konuda İmam Şâfiî’yi eleştirmektedirler. Biz bu çalışmamızda onlara cevap vermeye çalıştık.

Abstract:

This article studies on Imam Sâfiî’s arguments about Sunnah of the Prophet. According to his argument, the Sunnah of the Prophet is revelation. He claims that it is Quranic order because the Quran orders the be-lievers to obey the Prophet. The Sunnah of the Prophet explains the Quranic verses with revelation. This is mission of the Sunnah. Apart from that the Sunnah is mentioned in the Quran as “Hikme”, it is revelation. So the Sunnah is revelation. Especially contemporary scholars criticize his ar-gument. We try to answer these critics in this article.
