İnsan gelişiminkritik yılları okul öncesi dönemdir. Bu dönemde çocuklar hayatlarının temellerini oluştururlar. Dolayısı ile televizyonun etkileri çocuğun tüm yaşantısını etkileyebilmektedir. Günümüzde insanların günlük yaşamlarında zamanlarını ayırdıklarıetkili araçlardan biri olan televizyon çocukların gelişimlerini de etkilemektedir. Çocukların izledikleri televizyon programları ailelerine, yaşlarına, cinsiyetlerine göre farklılık gösterebilmektedir. Çocuklar ve televizyon programları ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalar göstermiştir ki çocukların kontrollü bir şekilde televizyon izlemeleri çocuklara olumlu etkiler kazandırırken kontrolsüz bir şekilde televizyon izleyen çocuklarda da olumsuz etkiler bırakmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel konusu hangi çizgi ve dizi filmlerin okul öncesi dönem çocukları tarafından tercih edildiğidir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğine uygun olarak araştırmacı, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarına amaçlı ve kontrollü sözel iletişim biçimini kullanarak çeşitli sorular yöneltmiştir. Konu ile ilgili yapılan birçok araştırma anneler ve öğretmenlerle yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ise okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının televizyon programları ile ilgili kendi görüşleri alınmış ve veriler tablo olarak sunulmuştur.
The critical years of human development are pre-school periods. At this time, the children are the foundations of their lives. Therefore, the effects of television can affect the entire life of the child. Today, television, one of the effective tools people spend their time in their daily lives, also affects the development of children. The TV shows children watch can vary according to their family, age, and gender. Research on children and television shows that children’s controlled watching television has positive effects on children, while children who watch television uncontrollably have negative effects on children. The main topic of this study is which cartoons and series films are preferred by pre-school children. The research has used a semi-configured conversation technique as a method of data collection. According to the semi-configured conversation technique, the researcher addressed a variety of questions to pre-school children using a targeted and controlled form of oral communication. Many studies on this subject have been conducted with mothers and teachers. In this study, they took their own opinions about pre-school children's television programs and the data were presented as a table.
