This study is basically about instructors and students of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences - Karadeniz Technical University and about assessment of students on value of accounting education. For the study to reach the desired goals, it is used the questionnaire method. 2 451 students answered the questionnaire. The scope of this study includes, students’ demographic characteristics, factors influenced their faculty choice, their satisfaction level of current accounting education system, their expectation about after graduate and whether accounting education meet their expectation or not. The responsibility of teaching person producing quality knowledge in accounting education has been gaining importance day by day. Based upon the findings, to commit that responsibility in accounting education, it gains more importance for university and faculty management and instructors to evaluate and get necessary precaution to get over unsatisfied situation about accounting education in Karadeniz Technical University- Economics and Administrative Sciences.
