So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

(Quantitative Developments In Universities And EASFs During The Last Decade) The last university reform of Turkish higher education made in 1982, and founded universities in the period following the year trained their own academic staff for more than twenty years. , It is understood that the success of these reforms has caused a significant increase in both state and private universities in the last ten years. During the last decade, the number of universities increased from 70 to 138 (41 state and 27 private) and 100% due to increased. At present, there are 139 universities in Turkey, 45 of which have foundation status. From the point of faculty numbers, the number of faculties reached to 861. Economic and Administrative Sciences Faculties (EASFs) and similar faculty numbers increased to 122. Vocational schools numbers also reached to 623. Striking development in the last ten years is that the new universities spread throughout Anatolia and Thrace with a new slogan to a university in every province. It is shown that development process will be slower in these new universities established in under populated and underdeveloped areas. It can be seen that private universities showed rapid development, and the number of private universities increased from 18 to 45 within a decade, and Turkish higher education tend to shift to private education institutions. Another point which must be specified in terms of private universities is that these universities also tend to spread to Anatolia. It is remarkable that private universities are also located Gaziantep, Adana, Konya, Kayseri ve Malatya, Mersin, except in big cities like Istanbul andAnkara, Izmir.
