Importance of foreign language teaching is increasing around the globe day by day. This also develops in a similar way in Turkey. Along with following many different ways and methods in foreign language teaching in the world, importance of foreign language teaching is increasing in Turkey and there are studies being conducted on this matter. In this study, evaluation of secondary school English Teaching Program according to the remarks of teachers with CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model is targeted. Descriptive model was used since an existing situation is tried to be revealed. Population of the study consists of 60 English teachers performing their duties in five different educational areas in the Elazığ province center. In order to determine if there is a significant difference according to context, input, process and product aspects of the program according to teachers` professional experience variable, firstly homogeneity test of variance was conducted. As a result of the conducted variance analysis, according to the teachers` professional experiences, of significance was determined in context aspect. In other aspects, such difference was not encountered.
