Abstract:

(Economic Expectations of 2006 According to the Basic Data - February 2006) Economical developments occurred in 2005 showed that Turkish economy is keeping on its growing which started in the previous years. In 2006, Turkish economy seems to be maintaining its positive situation unless there will be any economic, political and social uneasiness as well as there will not be high unemployment rates and great gap in foreign trade. Nevertheless, despite the positive trend in the superstructure, the problems occurred in the substructure, namely unbalanced income distribution, unbalanced regional development, corruption in the tax system and incoherency in the export-import balance, are due to solution.
