So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Starting date for the negotiations has been taken as expected from the State and Government Presidential Meeting of European Union in Brussels at December 16-17 2004. There are both negative and positive effects of the conclusion notification regarding the meeting. But, Turkey's move on the full membership way to European Union has become more concrete.Again, in the past few months at the European Union, many developments regarding Turkey closely have taken place.
