Abstract:

Boşanmanın mali sonuçlarından birisi de yoksulluk nafakasıdır. Yoksulluk nafakası, boşanma sebebiyle yoksulluğa düşme tehlikesiyle karşılaşan ve diğer eşe nazaran daha fazla kusuru bulunmayan eşe ödenen nafaka türüdür. Bu nafakaya süreli ya da süresiz biçimde hükmedilebilir. Yoksulluk nafakası belirli durumlarda kendiliğinden ya da mahkeme kararı ile sona erebilmektedir. Bu sebepler kanunda düzenlenmektedir ve sınırlı sayıdadır. Çalışmamızda, yoksulluk nafakasının sona erme haline ilişkin yasal düzenlemenin uygulama alanı ile sona erme sebepleri ayrıntılı olarak inceleme konusu yapılmaktadır.
